Welcome to Mrs. Walsh's Classroom Website!

Hello! My name is Stephanie Walsh, and this is my first year here at Signal Hill Elementary! My husband and I recently moved to New Jersey from Virginia, where I taught special education for three years.

I received my Bachelor's degree from Christopher Newport University and my Master's degree in Special Education from Old Dominion University in Virginia. I am dually certified in Elementary Education and Special Education and have taught second through fifth grade. 

I am originally from Virginia Beach, but have spent the past three years in Northern Virginia. I relocated to New Jersey over the summer and have loved exploring our new home! My husband and I enjoy taking our dog on hikes and going to the beach!

I am so excited about starting this school year and getting to know your student and your family! I know it is going to be a great year!
